Are you there Vodka? It's me, Jordan
There is no rhyme or reason, no point or purpose. This blog will not change your life or influence you to be a better person. I just feel like writing. That being said, I guess the first part is not altogether accurate then, is it? I do not even know what I am going to write yet, so how can I pretend to know the effect it will have on you? I do not have any huge topic for discussion just yet. I simply wanted to get this damn thing going in the event that I do have something to share at a later date. Do not expect daily updates. As some of you know, I do deliver what I promise. That is probably exactly why I am resolving to make no promises here. That, I can promise you. I am simply killing sometime before I am allowed to clock out and drink my way into next week. Since I will probably not write again until then, let's make this blog about...... Sunday. Since I am a very religious person..... HAHAHA. Ok, it is that time of year again. The time when most everyone's favorite team has let them down. This, for 99.9% of Americans, does not however, mean that we stop watching football. We just have more fun watching it since our teams have already ripped out our souls and crushed our dreams for yet one more season. At this point, I apologize to anyone that expected something else to be discussed here. I am a male and it is Super Bowl weekend so even as I apologize, i also say that you should have known better. Ok, Saints vs. Colts. I do not have a prediction. I just want a good game to watch while consuming mass amounts of beer and junk food with friends and family. I do, however, believe that this has the capabilities of being one of the best match ups of my lifetime. Who am I rooting for? That is simple. I am rooting for the Saints. A lot of people are. They are certainly the underdogs. It is their first time in the Super Bowl. And after Katrina, wouldn't it be swell for the city of New Orleans. I am not rooting for the Saints for any of these reasons..... Nope, I am way too shallow to care about that. Truth is, the last time Indy was in the Super Bowl, they beat the Bears and that, my friends, is all it takes for me to want to watch you get killed on National TV. So, I am going to wrap this up. I just wanted to see how this works and what happens after it gets published, etc. etc. I am sure you will hear more from me in the future. Until then, enjoy the weekend, enjoy the game, and if you don't care about football, enjoy the drunken hilarity that the commercials will bring. Until next time....... Adios turd nuggets
